Alpha Training Academy empowers inner-city youth in Kampala with access to safe training spaces, life-skills mentorship, and high-quality football development. For many of our young athletes, the pitch is the only stable place they have; a place where they feel seen, supported, and hopeful. Alpha Training Academy is a not-for-profit grassroots football program transforming the lives of underserved youth in the inner city of Kampala. For many of our players, football is more than a sport, it is a safe haven, a community, and a pathway to opportunity.

But running a community-centered youth program requires consistent resources, and we need your support to continue impacting lives.

Alpha Training Academy offers free and affordable football training, mentorship, and life-skills support to children who would otherwise never experience structured sports or youth development opportunities.

To keep our doors open and expand to reach even more kids, we are raising funds to cover essential needs such as:

Facility Rentals

Safe, stable training spaces away from the dangers and pressures of inner-city life.

Training Equipment & Gear

Balls, cones, bibs, boots, goalkeeper gloves, medical kits, hydration supplies, and uniforms.

Transportation for Players

Many children walk long distances to attend sessions. Your support ensures no child is left behind due to cost or distance.

Coaches’ Stipends

Our dedicated coaching team works tirelessly to mentor, guide, and develop each child on and off the pitch.

Player Welfare & Safety Items

First-aid kits, drinking water, injury-prevention supplies, and emergency care needs.

Program Operations & Growth

Expanding outreach, hosting youth tournaments, providing academic support, and strengthening our community presence.

Our players come from communities where opportunities are scarce, and hope is often fragile.
